Corrector Peel facial

What Exactly Is a Corrector Peel facial?

In essence, our corrector Peel Facial removing dead skin cells and stimulating the growth of new ones. “There are three types of chemical peels: superficial ones that work on the surface and target the outer, dead layer of skin cells and medium or deep peels that go further into the epidermis for deeper resurfacing action,” Regardless of depth, they all work in the same way—breaking down the “glue” that binds our skin dead cells together. This allows the unnecessary upper layers to be whisked away, leaving the new-before-seen skin to shine through.

The Benefits

Superficial chemical peels can be used to reduce the appearance of fine lines, even skin tone, improve pigmentation and treat acne while deeper peels can also stimulate collagen production. The normal rate of skin cell turnover is between 21 and 28 days, and this rate tends to slow down dramatically in our late 20s. Superficial Corrector Peels help to increase this cellular turnover in the form of exfoliation and to stimulate healthy cell growth.

Is My Skin a Fit For Peeling?

The only people who shouldn’t touch peels with a glycolic or lactic acid are those who have allergies to the ingredients included or have inflamed and active skin diseases — everyone else can benefit from a good cleanse and polish.

Fillers

What is a Dermal Filler?

A dermal filler is an injectable, biocompatible gel used to help fill in facial wrinkles, restore volume loss, and augment facial features for a smooth, youthful appearance. The gel is comprised of cross-linked Hyaluronic Acid.

What is Hyaluronic Acid?

Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is a naturally occurring substance found in the skin that helps to retain moisture and give the skin a smooth, hydrated appearance, while adding volume. As we age, the amount of naturally occurring HA found within the body lessens. This reduced the body’s ability to retain moisture and leads to fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging skin. The Revanesse® line of dermal fillers is made from the highest quality HA, and then modified to last 9-12 months once injected.

What is Revanesse?

Revanesse® is a line of HA dermal fillers used to treat the signs of aging and to restore balance and symmetry to the face, creating a more youthful and beautiful appearance. Revanesse® leverages state-of-the-art production methods, optimal ingredients and rigorous quality testing to provide remarkable results. Revanesse® is tried and tested with over 2 million syringes used worldwide.

What Affects the Longevity of Filler Treatments?

The Revanesse® line of dermal fillers is optimized for durability, while maintaining a natural look and feel within the skin. Once injected, the length of time the filler lasts will depend on the area treated, the type of filler chosen, and some personal characteristics, including your metabolism and activity level. On average, Revanesse® will last between 9-12 months.

Are All Fillers the Same?

Not all fillers are created equal. Our unique formula, high quality ingredients, and innovative manufacturing techniques ensure that Revanesse® is optimized for remarkable results. To maximize quality and safety, Revanesse® is produced in small batches at Prollenium’s state-of-the-art facility located in Aurora, Ontario, Canada.

What is the Average Cost of a Filler Treatment?

The average cost of Revanesse® treatments ranges from $350 to $700, depending on the injector’s qualifications and your desired outcome.

Botox

How Can Dysport® Improve The Appearance Of My Wrinkles?

Whenever the muscles contract and release acetylcholine, it produces wrinkles on the face. When Botox is administered, it prevents the release of acetylcholine, and the muscles become relaxed. The effect creates a soothing relief for your muscles as it smoothens the fine lines and wrinkles in the process

Dysport® is a safe and effective cosmetic injectable for moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows, crow’s feet and forehead furrows. The treatment smooths and minimizes facial wrinkles, delivering natural-looking results and more youthful appearance.

How Does Dysport® Work?

Dysport® injections target specific muscles that are responsible for frown lines, crow’s feet and forehead furrows. Wrinkles and fine lines are caused by muscle contractions that occur hundreds of times each day. Injections temporarily prevent muscular contraction while leaving the rest of the facial muscles free to move naturally. After treatment, deep facial lines appear softer and less prominent.

How Long Does Dysport® Last?

Dysport® injections generally take around 30 minutes to complete. In fact, many patients schedule this treatment during their lunch hour. You can expect to begin seeing results within three days, with maximum results being seen in around 14 days. A single treatment can last for up to four months.

How Much Does Dysport® Cost?

The cost varies depending upon the frequency of treatment as well as the amount of product used during each injectable session, but the price is similar to that for Botox® and Xeomin® injections. Rebates and treatment discounts may also available at Mobley MD Facial Plastic Surgery. Ask the Beauty Now team for information on current promotions.
